Trinity Vision Service – The main thing is to keep the main thing the main thing.

The work of ministry doesn't belong only to pastors. According to Ephesians 4, church leaders are called to equip believers so that every Christian can participate in the work of ministry. That includes sharing the gospel, making disciples, speaking the truth in love, and helping others grow in Christ. Romans 10 reminds us that people cannot believe in Jesus if they have never heard about Him, making evangelism the responsibility of every believer. Jesus gave the Great Commission to His followers and empowered them to be witnesses at home and around the world. When leaders equip, members minister, and believers faithfully use their gifts, the entire church grows toward Christlike maturity. Whether at work, at home, in your neighborhood, or through your local church, God has given you opportunities to minister. Every believer has a part to play in proclaiming the gospel and making disciples.
