All Signs Point to Jesus: Session 5 – The Sign of His Presence

Series: All Signs Point to Jesus Title: The Sign of His Presence Scripture: John 6:16-21 Speaker: Pastor Ben Jennings Date: 4/2/2025 (Wednesday Night Prayer Service) In Jesus’ presence, we have no need to fear. In John 6:16-21, we see three stages that the disciples went through that taught them about Jesus’ presence. Stage 1: The Need for Jesus’ Presence Stage 2: The Reality of Jesus’ Presence Stage 3: The Effect of Jesus’ Presence Four effects of experiencing Jesus’ presence in difficulties. 1. Sometimes difficulties teach us to trust. 2. Sometimes difficulties teach us to surrender. 3. Sometimes difficulties teach us how to have courage. 4. Sometimes difficulties teach us to be prepared. Ultimately, the lesson Jesus teaches us in this moment is that He is the One who will see us through our difficulties. Trinity Baptist Church Findlay, Ohio trinitybaptistfindlay.com
