Student Ministry Parent Meeting – Sun Sept 10
All parents and guardians of teens from 6th to 12th grade are invited to attend the TBC Student Ministry parent luncheon and meeting on Sunday, September 10. Right after the morning service, we will meet together in the teen room for lunch, followed by a brief overview of upcoming events as well as the vision for this year in our student ministry. This meeting will be a great opportunity to connect with the youth leaders, to learn about the structure and purpose of our youth group, and to see how God is working in and through our teens. We hope you can join us!
Pizza Night & New Series – Sun Sept 10 – 5pm
Do you know how to have a heart like God’s? Join us as we journey through the life of well-loved King David, from his humble beginnings as a shepherd boy to rise of the triumphant warrior king during our Family Service time beginning Sunday, September 10th. To celebrate this new series together, we invite everyone to join us following the service for pizza in the gym.
Thank You Fair Volunteers
This last weekend we were able to connect with hundreds of people at our booth during the Hancock County Fair. We collected over 330 names to follow up on and invite to get connected with our church and more importantly, their Savior Jesus Christ. This was made possible by the generosity and service of those who signed up and attended the booth this past weekend. A huge “thank you” to those involved, your ministry was essential in our church being engaged in the Great Commission this year at the fair.
Missions Auction Baskets
As a church, we love investing in world-wide evangelism and do it in a fun way! Each year we have an auction and proceeds go to bless mission work across the globe. This year, we are asking each adult Sunday School class to put together a gift basket to be auctioned off. Baskets can be themed and/or contain a variety or handmade/newly purchased items. Baskets are due by Wednesday, October 4 and can be dropped off in the Ladies Class (Room 207).
