SEND Conference 2023
We are excited to welcome missionary families to Cottrell to Thailand, Drust to Albania, and Prince to Ireland to our SEND conference this year and our keynote speaker, Pastor Dennis Jennings. This year’s conference begins this Sunday and will continue each evening, Monday (10/30) – Wednesday (11/01). Our conference schedule is:
5:30p – Dinner
6:30p – 7:00p – Breakout Sessions
Tyler Prince (Ireland) – Room 101
Mike Drust (Albania) – Room 204
Adam Cottrell (Thailand) – Room 401
7:05p – 7:45p – Main Service / Kid’s SEND Conference
Kids will have a blast at this year’s Kid’s SEND Conference meeting missionaries, sampling treats from around the world, and learning how to pray for missionaries. Children can pick up a travel booklet to use throughout the week in the foyer or at kids check-in. Preschool kids will meet in room 402 and Kindergarten – 5th will meet in room 403.
Faith Promise Commitments
We invite you to join us as we consider what God would have us to do for faith promise giving this coming year. Faith Promise is a faith commitment to give weekly or monthly to the missions ministry of TBC for the next year. In today’s bulletin, you will find a commitment card. Once you have prayed and decided how best to be involved, please fill out this card and drop it in an offering plate or offering box in the back of the auditorium.
Student Ministry Missionary Meet & Greet
All students 6th-12th grade after this Sunday’s evening service are invited to join us out at the TBC Fields for a bonfire with the missionaries attending the TBC Mission Conference. Teens will be able to fellowship with each missionary, hear testimonies about God’s calling on their life, and have free chili and smores. We are absolutely stoked (pun intended) for this event and hope your student can join us!
Thanksgiving Lord’s Supper
We invite our church family members to participate in a time of reflection and thanksgiving through an observance of the Lord’s Supper. This special evening service will be the Tuesday before Thanksgiving and will a combined service for adults, teens, and children.
