Memorial Day Weekend & BB Game – May 28
On Sunday, May 28th we will be focusing on our service veterans with special speaker and 12 year veteran Steve Massie, with discipled veterans. Come join us on that evening at 5:00pm for our annual basketball game. If you are a teen or a dad who would like to play, sign up at the Welcome Center. Concessions will also be available and all proceeds will go to our upcoming Student Missions Trip.
Free Memorial Day Lunch for Veterans – May 29
As a way of saying thank you to those who served our country, our church will be providing a free cookout lunch for all veterans. Use the invite in this week’s bulletin to invite someone to join us. Lunch will be served in the gym from 12pm – 2pm.
New Discipled Veterans Ministry – May 31
We are excited to launch a new ministry dedicated to reaching and making disciples of those who have bravely and boldly defended our freedoms. Each Wednesday, beginning May 31st, we will be hosting a Discipled Veterans group designed to help veterans grow in Christ. If you know of someone who would be a great fit for the group, you can write their contact information on the bulletin response page or invite them with one of the invites in the foyer.
Up Weekend – June 4
It is a joy to watch our kids grow up in Christlikeness and we are excited to welcome them into their new kids classes beginning Sunday, June 4th during our annual UP Weekend celebration. In the 9:30a Sunday School and 10:30a Kids Church classes, all children will join their fall school year grade level class. If you have any questions, be sure to contact your child’s teacher for details about times and locations.
Summer Days, Summer Nights (Inflatable Night) – June 9
Kids will have a blast with unlimited jump time, and free food (popcorn, snow cones, and cotton candy). Register upon entry for your free wristband. Invites available in the lobby.
