Driver- An approved driver is required for church vehicles. Please give the name of the approved driver you will have for the activity. If you are not sure, please contact the church office.

Activity Clean Up

Be sure to clean up after your activity. 1. Empty all trash and dispose of in dumpster. 2. Clean floors as needed. Be sure area is ready for Sunday morning. 3. If using a kitchen, please wash, dry and put away all dishes/untesils. Clean counters. Leave no leftovers.
