Senior Pastor
Pastor Benjamin Jennings
Pastor Benjamin Jennings and Megan Jennings came to TBC in December of 2020. Pastor Jennings is a graduate of Baptist Bible College in Springfield, Mo. with two degrees: a Masters in Church Ministry and a Bachelor of Science in Missions. He previously served as the Outreach & Assimilation Pastor at Canton Baptist Temple in Canton, Ohio, and as Associate Pastor at Sonshine Baptist Church in Port Charlotte, FL. They have three young children, and are very excited to be here in Findlay.

Connections Pastor
Pastor Corey Kershner
Corey Kershner joined the staff in November of 2021. He and Jessica are graduates of Baptist Bible College in Springfield, Missouri, and have served at churches in South Florida, New Taipei City, Taiwan, and now here in Ohio. They have been married since 2011 and have 2 children.

Outreach & Assimilation Pastor
Pastor Grant Skelton
Grant joined our staff as our Outreach & Assimilation Pastor in January 2026. Grant graduated from Bob Jones University and Rebecca from Clearwater Christian College and have served in churches in South Carolina, Hong Kong, and now in Ohio. He and his wife were married in 2006 and have 3 children.
Next Generations Pastor
Pastor Miles Scarboro
Miles Scarboro joined the staff in September of 2022. He and Anna are graduates of Bob Jones University and Miles has worked with students as a student pastor and school teacher. Miles helps kids and teens grow in their relationship with Jesus and helps them take their next steps. Miles and Anna were married July 2023.

Peggy Cupples
Peggy Cupples has been working in the church since 2004. She and her family have been faithfully serving in the church since 1989. Peggy and her husband, Jeff, have been married since 1987 and have three adult children all serving God faithfully.

Choir Director
Dawn Elliott
Dawn has been working with our choir and praise teams since 2016, and does an excellent job. Dawn has her Bachelor’s degree in Music Education from Bowling Green State University. She and her husband, have 4 kids that are active in the church music and children’s ministry as well.

Grounds and Maintenance
Jeff Cupples
Jeff does a fantastic job keeping up with our facilities. Jeff and his wife Peggy have been married since 1987 and have three adult children, all serving God faithfully.
Housekeeping
Ronda Bare
Ronda does a great job making sure our facilities are clean and sanitized for every service and event. Ronda and her husband, Bill, have been married since 1996 and have 2 children, and 3 grandchildren.
Financial Secretary
Steve Collins
Steve helps to take care of our bookkeeping and reporting at Trinity. He and his wife Terry are long time members.

Ministry Intern
Damon Sarnes
Damon joined our staff as a ministry intern in January 2025. He and his wife, Gabrielle, feel the call of God into full-time ministry. The have been faithful members of Trinity since 2019 and lead the Young Adults 2 class on Sunday. Damon shares in a variety of ministry responsibilities and roles as he trains for ministry. He and his wife have 3 children.
